The Transmitters are the messengers of the Scions of Kurgan, but they do not deliver orders in the usual way. Originated by intervention of Kurgan himself, these individuals suffered several malformations which gave them special and very useful abilities in the battlefield.
Transmitters are not only able, as the name implies, to transmit the orders of their leader to other Soimi, but they can also use the abilities obtained as a result of their mutations to heal the wounds of their companions, which makes them an essential element in any Scions of Kurgan band.
