As with all Liam Dempsey events, this will be very casual, there is no pressure to play at all, and a lot of the Liam Dempsey crowd are hobbyists more than players.
The atmosphere is one with the constant undertone of ‘shooting the breeze’ with mates, with the common ground of the hobby. No one is the celebrity, so no ‘performing’ is required. It’s like old mates meeting up once or twice a year and sharing some time together at The Great Hall Gathering before going back to the real world. Be ready for much laughter and merriment!
