EVENT FORMAT

We will be playing a 3 round swiss event, expected finish time 8.30pm.

We will be playing 3 hour rounds, with a 30 minute break between rounds. Lunch is not provided so please bring your own or pop out and grab something from a local shop.

We will be using the army list selection, missions & deployment, and scoring from Caledonian Revolution (bit of practice for those playing mid-July). We�ll produce a trimed down RP during the week. Essentially it�s 1850pts, no FW, limit of 1 Super Heavy or Gargantuan creature of each type, your army may be made from 4 sources (detachments/formations) but you can�t duplicate these outside of a Decurion/Warhost/Gladius or similar �Detachment�.

Come the apocalypse alliances and special characters may be taken.

There will be no points for painting and may use unpainted models at this event.

List submission to be done at registration.


PRIZE SUPPORT


Dependent on final number but will comprise of Store Credit Vouchers. Prizes for 1st-3rd, Most Sporting and the Wooden Spoon!


Food:

Snacks and drinks will be available on site. It is recommended to bring your own lunch but there are local shops and Takeaways within walking/driving distance if you want to buy some.


Parking/ travel:

FREE PARKING all day outisde in the venues shared/private car par and next door in the 46 space Council run car park.


Public transport:

Davenport train station is the closest at a 10-15 minute walk but the main Stockport Station is also only 20-25 minute walk (and you'll find more frequent trains). You can get the bus from Stockport Station for less than �2.00 each way. And the Bus stops at the end of our road - opposite Premier Inn and is a 2 minute walk.
