The Arrow Class Escort is a potent Point Defence weapons platform, providing quite a deterrent against enemy Wings and Torpedo attacks. Sorylian fleet strategy favours the rigorous protection of Battleships and - in particular - Carriers due to a relative lack of numbers in these ship classes, and the Arrow is often the workhorse of that strategy.
