Star Wars: Legion - Imperial Mud Troopers Product Description
Announced at AdeptiCon 2026 as part of a wave of Mimban-themed miniatures for the Galactic Empire faction, the Imperial Mudtroopers unit expansion brings the Imperial swamp troopers from Solo: A Star Wars Story to the tabletop. This release is scheduled for late 2026 alongside the Wet-Weather Gear Stormtroopers and the 224th Armoured Division Army Box. Precise contents, model count, and pricing have not yet been confirmed.
Formally known as Imperial swamp troopers, Mudtroopers are part of the Imperial Army rather than the Stormtrooper Corps. They wear partial armour augmented with respiratory gear and sealed bodysuits for combat in hostile environments such as Mimban. They are considered the Imperial-era successors to the Clone Wars’ Mud Jumpers of the 224th Division. Notable figures associated with the 224th Mudtrooper forces include a young Han Solo, who served as a corporal with the division before deserting to join Tobias Beckett’s gang.
