Vallejo Model Color Heavy Gel Medium is manufactured with an extra dense acrylic resin. It dries to a transparent finish and is used in dioramas to represent water or ice or to create volume. It is also used as a base for mixtures with pigments, sand, sawdust or other texturing materials. Heavy Gel Medium has great adhesive properties and is ideal for collages, and it can be painted over with all types of paint, including oils.
