Born into a cursed bloodline, John Blaze grew up among the cheering crowds and motor oil of the Quentin Carnival, where he became a talented Stunt Rider. He made a pact with a daemon in which his adoptive father would be cured of cancer in return for a period of servitude. Thus, John became the Ghost Rider - half mortal, half daemon. He rides at night to deal justice to the criminal underbelly of this world.
