The mysterious wizard Gandalf the Grey, arrived in the Grey Havens an age ago. Tasked with freeing Middle Earth from the grip of Sauron, he has worked with the White Council to oppose the Dark Lords schemes. When he sends the Hobbit Bilbo Baggins off on an adventure even he is surprised at the turn of events that is set in motion. He leads the Fellowship of the Ring in their quest to Mount Doom, where they will destroy this source of evil once and for all.
