Inns & Cathedrals: Carcassonne

The expansion offers all fans of Carcassonne new challenges: The Cathedral triples the value of a city, and the Inn doubles the value of a road - but only when they are completed. Players may use the new large follower to double their chances of controlling a city, road, or field. Also included is all necessary material to allow a sixth player to join in the fun. Finally, there are 6 point tiles to make scoring easier when players score more than 50 points.

Please note this is a board game expansion pack and will require the original Carcassonne tile-laying game game in order to play.

A "big meeple" for each player (counts as 2 regular meeples)

Extra Point tiles
Carcassonne Inns & Cathedrals is the first major expansion for Carcassonne and introduces a few new aspects to the game. There are a couple of completely new kinds of tiles - the inns and cathedrals. There are also new tiles that present cities, roads, and cloisters in new shapes. Additionally, each player gets a "big meeple" which counts as two regular meeples. Another whole set of meeples means 6 players can now enjoy the game. Finally, a set of scoring cards helps make score-keeping a little clearer.
