Element Painting Masters 2026 9th Aug Product Description
The Element Games Stockport Painting Masters is back! This year being bigger and better than ever before, but only made possible through the amazing entries we get from your lovely selves. The competition is open to all, and you can enter into as many different categories as you like, albeit with only one entry per category. Competitions like this are an excellent way to push yourselves as painters, even if you're not the most confident in your ability we love seeing the creativity behind your entries and have a goal to aim for.
The awards will announced on Sunday 9th August 2026, and everyone is welcome to attend (even if you don't enter) We will also be holding a variety of activities which are free to enter on the day as well, including speed painting competitions!
The awards presentation will commence at 3pm.
Details and rules:
Entrants must purchase one ticket per entry, for each category they wish to enter. These entries must adhere to the specifications of each category listed below.
Entries must be submitted no later than Saturday 1st August 2026. And may be submitted in person at the Stockport Store, where you will be asked to show your ticket(s) receipt as proof of entry.
If you are not local to Stockport and The North West Gaming Centre, you can submit your entry via courier. Please send your model in with your full name, email address, return shipping address, and which subcategory(ies) you are entering.
If you have podiumed at Golden Demon, MPO, or any other prestigious painting competitions, we ask that you submit your entries into the Grand Masters categories listed below. We also request this if you have won Gold previously at an Element Painting Masters competition in the past.
Once judging is complete, we'll send your entries back to you using a courier service equivalent to the one you used to send it in to us, and we'll contact you to cover the costs for this P&P.
Only entries painted by the entrant may be entered. Entries submitted by or on behalf of third parties will not be considered.
Categories:
Youngbloods Open - U16’s
Any entry welcome, up to a base size of 120mm.
Single Miniature
Any single mini, up to a base size of 60mm.
Large Miniature
Any single mini, above a base size of 60mm.
Squad
Between 3-7 minis on separate bases up to 50mm each. No display boards, but plinths acceptable.
Diorama
Any scene or duel on a sculpted base/display up to a size of 6x6 inches. All miniatures must be affixed and not loose.
Bust
Any sculpted or pre-sculpted bust. No larger than 15cm in height.
Masters Categories:
Please enter into this category if you have podiumed at Golden Demon, MPO, or any other prestigious painting competitions. We also request entering this category this if you have won Gold previously at an Element Painting Masters competition in the past.
