Welcome to the inaugural Element Legends Warhammer 40,000 DOUBLES event! This one-day tournament is designed for newer players, or those who are new to the 40K tournament scene, though more experienced players are welcome as well! Prizes will not only be given for the best competitors, but also for sportsmanship and hobby prowess!
***THIS TICKET GRANTS ENTRY TO A PAIR OF TWO PLAYERS***
This event will be 3 x 3hr rounds using a UKTC Competitive Terrain Set on each table, so there will be an identical terrain layout and a good amount of obscuring cover to ensure balanced, fun games.
All missions and army list building rules will come from Chapter Approved: Arks of Omen.

Prizes will be in the form of Element Games gift vouchers, and will be available for 1st, 2nd, 3rd placed teams and Best Opponents, and Best Painted Army (I.E. Best Painted single 1,000pt force in event).
What to Bring:
-Each Team should bring an army of no more than 2000 points, made up of 2 x 1,000 point forces.
-All your dice, tape measures, tokens etc. And any rules needed for your army.
-Access to the Best Coast Pairings App (If you don’t have a smart device, we can input lists etc. for you manually).
-A positive attitude!
Rules:
-PARTNERS MAY NOT USE THE SAME FACTIONS.
-PLAYERS CANNOT BUFF OR BLESS THEIR PARTNERS FORCE, OR TARGET THEIR PARTNERS FORCE WITH STRATAGEMS. THE TWO HALVES FIGHT INDEPENDENTLY WITH THE SHARED GOAL OF WINNING THE GAME AGAINST THIER OPPONENTS.
-EACH TEAM RECIEVES ONE COMMAND POINT IN THE TEAMS COMMAND PHASE. TEAMS ACCUMULATE SHARED COMMAND POINTS AND DECIDE ON THEIR USAGE AS A TEAM.
-PROXY MODELS ARE PERMITTED PROVIDING IT IS CLEAR TO YOUR OPPONENTS WHAT THEY REPRESENT.
-FORGEWORLD MODELS ARE PERMITTED.
-LEGENDS MODELS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
PAINTING STANDARD: ARMIES DO NOT HAVE TO BE FULLY PAINTED for this event, but prizes will be available for the best painted army, as voted for by attendees.
Any rules published up until the 10th of June 2024 will be in use, any rules/FAQs published between this date and the event will not be used.

If you’ve never used it before, BCP is an app that makes running, and playing at, tournaments much easier. The app will draw rounds, show what table to go to, who and what you’re going to face, and who’s won the event in the end!
You can upload your army list straight into the app, please do this by 19:00 on Thursday the 13th of June, so that the lists can be checked, and the first round drawn.
