Dan Ozborne Knight & Titan Workshop Nov 2nd&3rd Product Description
Join Dan Ozborne for an in-depth exploration of knight & titan painting techniques. Unveil time-saving tricks and incorporate essential products like airbrush stencils & liquid latex mask into your workflow during this two-day workshop.
Students will learn true metallic metal colours, unleash amazing heraldry with stencils and masking techniques, weapon scorching effects, and delve into unique weathering methods with cracking medium, texture paint, oils, and Dirty Down Rust.
Suitable for newer to masterclass airbrush painters, the class includes essential supplies for hands-on practice.

Timings: 9am-5:30pm both days including 30-60m lunch break. Arrive any time from 8am for set up on the Saturday.
Attendees will need to bring:
A built and black primed Warhammer 40,000 Knight model - any knight larger than an armiger model. Please leave ALL weapon & armour plates off and unglued.
Students may bring their own knight model, or purchase one separately from Element Games
An airbrush setup including:
Compressor
Airbrush plus ANY tools needed to clean or disassemble your airbrush (such as wrenches for Iwata brand)
Airbrush hose and any connection tool you need for your setup
Airbrush cleaning pot/cup (I use a pair of plastic cups
Airbrush cleaner (water & ISO mix is great)
Airbrush thinner
Airbrush flow improver
Paper towels
Nitrile Gloves are encouraged (black)
Hair dryer is encouraged but not necessary
A hobby knife/razor blade
A selection of favorite colors to paint with
Contrast, Army Painter Speed Paint, or similar type paints are especially useful!
Airbrush “ready” paints are always nice, but not 100% necessary.
A variety of old and new paintbrushes, and a wet or dry palette.
A spare, janky, long bristle brush is fantastic for mixing airbrush paints
A selection of weathering products & assorted paints will be on hand to be used during the class.
FOOD & DRINK: Snacks and drinks are available from the on-site bar. Hot food can be ordered and delivered directly to you using our QR Codes displayed around the venue. You're also welcome to bring your own food but we ask that you do not bring any external drinks in to the venue, and rather that you support the venue by purchasing all drinks at the bar.
TRAVEL & PARKING: Free parking is available in the venue car park and in the local council car park next door to the venue. There are good public transport links within the area. Davenport Train Station is the nearest train link within a 5-minute walk of the venue. Stockport train station and Stockport bus station are 15-minute walks from the venue with good bus and taxi routes available. If catching a bus from Stockport bus station we recommend catching the Stagecoach 192 bus up to Nangreave Road/ Aquinas College/ Bamford Arms. If travelling from further afield and wishing to stay overnight there are lots of hotels within 5 minutes of the venue including a Premier Inn across the road behind the Bamford Arms.
