A blistering sun rises on the horizon, the shimmering star bathing a planetary refinery world in the first rays of unrelenting sunlight. This morning light falls upon a world in the throes of a war so intense in scale it can only be described as planet ending. The cacophony of gun and cannon fire muted by the almost continuous fall of artillery that in turn is drowned out by the seismic blasts of orbital bombardment from gargantuan ships looming in the upper stratosphere. The punishing judgements they deliver on the planet below send shock waves of air across the planet's surface that cause the very ground to churn in distress. Welcome to what was once the jewel of the promethium crown: Carnage.
Massive game of 40k! This gigantic game of 40k will feature at least 40,000 points (each side..?) on a massive 42ft long table!! Don't miss this one!!
This will be a somewhat experimental giant game, with a few minor tweaks and homebrewed objectives to help the game run smoothly. Players must bring between 5000 and 10000 points worth of stuff, which should be painted to at least a battle ready standard (this event will be heavily photographed and videoed for social media, so no tide of grey plastic please!)
