ConVergence UK RPG & Gaming Con returns to Element Games NWGC for its third year on March 1st through 3rd 2019 and is proud to host our first X-Wing 2.0 Extended Format Tournament.
This year we have again teamed up with the amazing Sith Takers X-Wing community ( https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCUFGtVtYC69enM8dJ4-kq7g )to bring you this tournament on Sunday 3rd March.
There will be 4-5 rounds of Swiss style pairings with participation prizes as well as other prizes.
All standards are welcome from Academy Recruits to Veteran Aces for this fun filled event.

You need to bring:
* Your 200 point 2.0 squad, models and cards - if you are missing particular cards you can proxy with a printed copy
* Dice, templates, tokens and other gaming aids to play a game of X-wing
* a copy of your list to show your opponents (hand written or print out from a list builder)

OTHER INFORMATION
Food: Snacks and drinks will be available on site. Lunch is not provided, there are local shops and Takeaways within walking/driving distance if you want to bring something in.
Drinks: The venue has a fully licenced Bar serving hot & cold drinks, soft and alcoholic. As we are a licenced venue no outside drinks may be brought in to the venue and any players bringing drinks in will be asked to take them outside.
Parking: FREE PARKING all day outside in the venues shared/private car par and next door in the 46 space Council run car park.
Public transport: Davenport train station is the closest at a 10-15 minute walk but the main Stockport Station is also only 20-25 minute walk (and you'll find more frequent trains). You can get the bus from Stockport Station for less than �2.00 each way. And the Bus stops at the end of our road - opposite Premier Inn and is a 2 minute walk.
