SW Armada Regional 2019 Product Description
2019 Star Wars: Armada North West Regional
When: Saturday 26th January 2019
What: The Regional will run over 1 day. The length of the gaming on is dependent on numbers attending. If we have 9-28 players it will be a 3 round Swiss event with no Top cut. If we get 29 or more it will be a 4 Round Swiss event with a Top 2 cut to determine the Regional Champion.

Tickets: 44 tickets will be made available for the NW Regional
Ticket price: £20.00
Your ticket gets you entrance into the Regional and provides you with lunch.

Pre-Event Brief 09:30-09:40 (including first round draw)
Round 1 starts 09:40
Rules: The Event will follow all the Standard Star Wars: Armada Tournament rules as found on the FFG site.
Please make sure you have read the latest FAQ before the event and have two copies of your fleet list for submission at Registration.
Legal product: Only models and rules that are released for general sale in the UK prior to the event may be used at the NW Regional. If a new Wave is released around the Regional an announcement over its legality at the event will be made before the event by the Tournament Organiser.
No product released within 11 days of the event date will be legal.
Updates: To be kept up to date with news and information regarding the NW Regional make sure you select ‘Going’ on the Events Facebook page to receive updates. Anything really important will be emailed directly to the email address you provide when you purchase your ticket.
Food & Drink:
Snacks and drinks will be available on site. Lunch is provided. Please email special dietary requirements (allergies etc) to email@example.com
There are local shops and Takeaways within walking/driving distance if you want to bring or order food in (like during the evening social).
The venue is a Licensed Premises and as such no outside drinks, with the exception of water, may be brought into the venue.
FREE PARKING all day outside in the venues shared/private car par and next door in the 46 space Council run car park.
Davenport train station is the closest at a 10-15 minute walk but the main Stockport Station is also only 20-25 minute walk (and you'll find more frequent trains). You can get the bus from Stockport Station for less than £2.00 each way. And the Bus stops at the end of our road - opposite Premier Inn and is a 2 minute walk.
YOUR TICKET & REFUNDS
This purchase is for a virtual ticket and no physical product will be sent out to you. We will publish your name in a list of entrants for the event to advertise ticket sales and in the list document. We will also be taking pictures at the event. If you would prefer to go by a Pseudonym or not have your picture taken please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you discover you can't attend Element Games can process a refund for you if you email them before 12 noon Wednesday 9th January 2019. Please email email@example.com.
If after this time you find you can't attend we won't be able to process a refund for you as food, venue space and prizes will have been bought and paid for.
We will start a Reserves list and try and help you sell your ticket onto one of the Reserves.
