General Event Information
When: Sunday 29th July 2018
What: The Regional will run over 1 day. The length of the gaming is dependent on numbers attending. If we have 21-32 players it will be a 4 round Swiss event with Top 8 cut. If we get 33-56 it will be a 5 Round Swiss event with a Top 8 cut to determine the Regional Champion. To allow the event to be completed over 1 day the event will be capped at 50.

The Double Elimination Top cut will run for another 4-5 hours with the Event champion being crowned no later than 10pm

Please make sure you have read the latest FAQ before the event and have two copies of your deck list for submission at Registration.
Legal product: Only rules that are released for general sale in the UK prior to the event may be used at the Regional. If a new pack is released around the Regional an announcement over its legality at the event will be made before the event by the Tournament Organiser.
No product released within 11 days of the event date will be legal.

OTHER INFORMATION
Food: Snacks and drinks will be available on site. Lunch is not provided, there are local shops and Takeaways within walking/driving distance if you want to bring something in.
Drinks: The venue has a fully licenced Bar serving hot & cold drinks, soft and alcoholic. As we are a licenced venue no outside drinks may be brought in to the venue and any players bringing drinks in will be asked to take them outside.
Parking: FREE PARKING all day outside in the venues shared/private car par and next door in the 46 space Council run car park.
Public transport: Davenport train station is the closest at a 10-15 minute walk but the main Stockport Station is also only 20-25 minute walk (and you'll find more frequent trains). You can get the bus from Stockport Station for less than �2.00 each way. And the Bus stops at the end of our road - opposite Premier Inn and is a 2 minute walk.

We will publish your name in a list of entrants for the event to advertise ticket sales and in the list document. If you discover you can't attend Element Games can process a refund for you if you email us 48 hours before the event starts. Please email

If after this time you find you can't attend we won't be able to process a refund for you as food, venue space and prizes will have been bought and paid for.
