EG Charity Event *MESBG TICKET* Sun 23rd July

Join us for our inaugural PIP-UK charity day. PIP UK is a registered charity helping those with Poland syndrome and their families.

To support the charity we will be hosting three events at the same time! Marvel Crisis Protocol, Star Wars Legion and Middle-Earth Strategy Battles.

As well as the ticket for the event and to raise further money for this excellent charity players will be able to purchase tokens on the day for re-rolls and other in game effects. And don’t worry if you don’t spend them all at the table as any left over will be able to be traded for raffle tickets at the end of the day.

4 rounds at 1hr 45m per round.

Scenarios will be rolled on the day each round, no scenario pool will be used more than once.

You can purchase Re-rolls for £1 each - these will be represented by poker chips. Can be used to re-roll a single dice during the game (1 chip = 1 re-roll)

These can only be purchased during registration and between rounds, and any unused chips can be exchanged for raffle tickets at the end.

All proceeds to go to PIP-UK charity!

8.30-9.00 Registration. Please check in with the relevant TO.

9.00-9.15 Briefing: A quick introduction from the TO and venue staff. We will explain how the day will work, as well as the health and safety briefing.

9.15-11.00 Game 1

11.15-1.00 Game 2

1.00-2.00 Lunch. Food will not be provided for this event. Please bring a packed lunch, order food via the QR codes in the venue, or take advantage of one of the local eateries.
