DS030RS 30 mm (1.2 Inches) Figure Foam Tray double-size Raster self-adhesive

With Feldherr Pick and Pluck foam, you can effortlessly create an individual foam tray for your needs. The pre-cut grid offers a suitable solution for a variety of items, like photo cases, flat objects, or miniatures.

The Pick and Pluck foam is easy and quick to handle. By separating individual foam blocks, the foam can be easily adapted to the individual shape of the items to be packaged. You can remove the perforated foam without using any tools, and all by hand.

This 30 mm high Double-Size Pick and Pluck foam features a perforated 20 mm x 20 mm grid and is ideal for vulnerable items like small tabletop miniatures, jewelry, and tools.

The Pre-cubed foam is completely die-cut over the entire height. The foam base is available separately. To ensure the optimal protection of the packaged goods from below, we recommend using a 10 mm strong foam base like article DS010B.

Additional stability is provided by the all-around, approx. 25 mm broad border of the insert.

The Double-Size Pick and Pluck foam has the dimensions: 550 mm x 345 mm x 30 mm total height.

The tray is completely punched through. The foam base is sold separately.
The Pick and Pluck insert has a self-adhesive underside. Simply peel off the foil and stick it on the separately available bottom and your individual foam insert is ready. No glue is needed.
