Sparmax Tool for Removing Broken Nozzles Product Description
Using any tool such as this in the wrong way or on the wrong airbrush model could result in irreparable damage to the thread on your airbrush body. So we strongly recommend that airbrushes with broken nozzles should be sent in to service by our professional airbrush technician for safe removal and replacement with a new nozzle.
Furthermore, we always recommend that you never remove the nozzle unless it is already damaged. If you thoroughly clean the airbrush using the flush and back-flush procedure, it will prevent the nozzle becoming clogged so that you will not need to remove it.
When replacing the broken nozzle with a new one we advise using a specialist tool for the procedure and not the basic spanner provided with the airbrush. The Sparmax Dual-headed Airvalve/Nozzle Tool is designed for this purpose and ensures you get the right angle and torque without risk of over tightening.
