How to Paint Slaanesh Steel
Step 1: Undercoat - Matt Black, you know the drill
Step 2: Basecoat - Plate Mail Metal, 3 thin coats in this case.
Step 3: Wash - Mix Liche Purple, Druichii Violet, Soft Tone Ink, Glaze Medium (roughly) 1:3:2:2
Done, repeat for 4 hours if you want to be driven mad
