BASIC INFORMATION
WHAT IS IT?
Up to 84 gamers will take part in two days/5 games of 2000pt Match play 8th Edition Warhammer 40,00 at the Element Games NWGC. Friday night the venue will be open for social, games and a and last-minute painting and shopping! Saturday evening will be a more casual affair after a hard days gaming!

The Element Games North West Gaming Centre is a full-time gaming Centre with capacity for over 100 players. The Centre has a mass of fully painted terrain, tables and gaming mats for you to play your games on. Between games and in the evening you can relax and socialise at the venue thanks to it�s fully licensed Bar serving a selection of cold, hot and alcoholic drinks & snacks.
Free Car parking can be found at the venue & next door in a Council car park.

YOUR TICKET & REFUNDS
This purchase is for a virtual ticket and no physical product will be sent out to you. If you discover you can't attend Element Games can process a refund for you if you email them before 12 noon Wednesday 1st July 2020. Please email
[email protected].
If after this time you find you can't attend, we won't be able to process a refund for you as food, venue space and prizes will have been bought and paid for.
There won't be a reserves list. Instead Element Games will offer a full refund up until 1st July 2020. Just email
[email protected] if you require a refund. Returned tickets will be periodically but back up for sale.
If after this date you have to drop out, then we can look at transferring tickets to interested players - but don't do it before you speak with me as I won't honour ticket transfers that haven't been approved. Email Caledonian_events@yahoo,co.uk if you wish to transfer a ticket.
