The Kluch are probably the mots important creation of the Newborns. These are small humanoid creatures which the alchemists give life to by following methods unknown to other races. THese creatures are assigned different tasks within the Newborns society, ranging from simple servants to skillful combatants, as there are a lot of Kluch types, designed for different purposes.
The Kluch Neutraliser is one of the most noteworthy Kluch since the task it performs in The Order of the Geared Eagle is vital in the battlefield. The members of this order feel a deep contempt for magic, this is why non of them has ever casted a spell. Thus these Kluch Neutralisers, small homuncules that are more intelligent than their remaining brothers, are given many devices, created by The Engineers' and The Alchemists' Guilds, to neutralise the magic cast by the enemy. Besides acting as neutralisers, they act as messengers. They have received thorough training on the sign language created and used by The Order of the Geared Eagle.
These two features make of the Kluch Neutralisers vital elements for any battle. However useless for a hand-to-hand combat, they are the only defence this branch has against magic, apart from being important for strategic support.
