This is the new incarnation of Kallus, Wrath of Everblight featured in Forces of HORDES: Legion of Everblight Command.
Born anew after his near destruction by a dragon, Kallus, Devastation of Everblight has mutated into something more than even Everblight had initially conceived for his creation. Kallus brings forth the dragon�s full destructive potential to his warbeasts and troops with spells such as Battle Lust and Overrun. Combined with his feat Dragon Breath and his Field Marshal [Hand of the Dragon] ability, which grants Continuous Effect: Fire to the melee weapons of warbeasts in his battlegroup, Kallus is the physical manifestation of the iconic dragon fire of his progenitor and master.
