Welcome to the monthly X-wing Hothshots event run by Colm Browne. This event is extra special as it coincides with the venues 1st Birthday AND we're going to run it as our Star Wars 40th Anniversary event as well!
This means the event will be effectively free (costs �5 but everyone receives a �5 voucher for taking part!) and the event will have Q2 prizes as well as a Star Wars 40th Anniversary R2-D2/Integrated Astromech combined Alt art card for every participant!!
Tickets are strictly limited to 32 (that's all the R2's we have!) and will run as multiple pods of 8 players so we can fit 3 rounds in an evening and crown some winners!

EVENT FORMAT
Players will be randomly allocated in 1 of up to 4 pods of 8 players and over the course of 3 games a winner will be crowned in each pod!
The Event will follow all the Standard X-wing Tournament rules as found on the FFG site
We will be playing 75 minute rounds, with a 10 minute break between rounds. There are no top cuts.

You have 100 squad points to build your list. Squad lists will be required (hand-written is ok but we would prefer you use one of the Squad Builder Aps) and blank forms will be available on the day.
PRIZE SUPPORT
Dependent on final number and TBA but will include Element Games Store Credit and Q2 Prize support from FFG
Food & Drink:
Snacks and drinks will be available on site. The venue is a Licenced Premises and as such no outside drinks, with the exception of water, may be brought into the venue. Food can be brought in but please tidy away any mess and rubbish.
Parking/ travel:
FREE PARKING all day outisde in the venues shared/private car par and next door in the 46 space Council run car park.
Public transport:
Davenport train station is the closest at a 10-15 minute walk but the main Stockport Station is also only 20-25 minute walk (and you'll find more frequent trains). You can get the bus from Stockport Station for less than �2.00 each way. And the Bus stops at the end of our road - opposite Premier Inn and is a 2 minute walk.
